When a standard 12V vehicle or facility system needs to manage a 4500 PSI-rated hose drop with automatic retraction, the Coxreels HP1125-5-250-E delivers hands-free rewinding without a separate air supply. The 12V DC 1/3 HP electric motor drives direct gear-drive retraction from your vehicle battery, tool circuit, or 12V facility panel covering the gap between manual hand crank reels and the higher-voltage 24V options on service trucks with dual-battery systems. The drum holds 250 feet of 3/4-inch I.D. hose at up to 4500 PSI and 250°F, rated for hydraulic fluid, compressed air, water, and oil service. Like all HP1125 Series reels, the electroless nickel plated steel swivel with AFLAS seals (a fluoroelastomer compound that resists hydraulic oil, fuel, and aggressive chemical exposure beyond the limits of standard nitrile) steps up from the brass/nitrile swivel on the 3,000 PSI standard 1125-5-250-E.
