Diaphragm Pumps

Ingersoll Rand ARO Diaphragm Pumps are some of the most reliable, longest lasting Air Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) on the market. Based on nearly a century of manufacturing experience, ARO Diaphragm Pumps provide high flow rates and stall free operation. Their patented "unbalanced air valve" design prevents the stalling issues associated with other brands of AODD pumps. Additionally, “Quick-Dump” exhaust valves redirect cold exhaust air way from ice-prone components, preventing freezing and increasing reliability. Backed by a five-year warranty and a multitude of configurations, Ingersoll Rand ARO has a pump to meet almost any fluid transfer application. ARO manufactures diaphragm pumps ranging from 1/4" all the way through 3" in port size in both metallic and non-metallic bodies. International Air Tool carries all makes and models of ARO diaphragm pumps and ARO diaphragm pump repair parts.

Exclusive ARO® Quick Dump™ Valve

EXP Series diaphragm pumps feature an exclusive to ARO® Quick Dump™ valve that reduces icing by keeping cold exhaust air out of the air motor. This patented feature improves reliability and durability when running your pumps at high speeds to reduce downtime and maintenance.

Solenoid in the Air Valve

The solenoid actuation allows for accurate cycle rate control and provides a more consistent volume per stroke than is achieved with standard pumps. Additionally, solenoid control allows for a precise number of cycles to be fully completed for improved batch repeatability.
