When a high-pressure application demands both 4500 PSI-rated hose management and hands-free automatic retraction, the Coxreels HP1125-5-250-A combines the HP1125 high-pressure platform with a #4 Gast compressed air motor (a 4-vane aluminum vane motor that drives quiet, chain-free retraction from your existing shop air supply no electrical wiring required). The drum handles 250 feet of 3/4-inch I.D. hose at up to 4500 PSI and 250°F, rated for hydraulic fluid, compressed air, water, and oil service. Like all HP1125 Series reels, the swivel is electroless nickel plated steel with AFLAS seals (a fluoroelastomer compound that resists hydraulic oil, fuel, and chemical exposure far better than standard nitrile) a meaningful upgrade over the brass/nitrile swivel on the standard 3,000 PSI 1125-5-250-A. The same CNC robotically welded 12-gauge steel "A" frame and spun ribbed-disc drum used across the 1125 family keeps the assembly solid on truck beds, walls, and plant floors.
