Coxreels HP1125-5-250-C puts 4500 PSI-rated hose management on the HP1125 high-pressure platform with a front bevel geared crank and removable handle requiring no power source at all. The bevel gear crank (a gear-assisted hand crank mounted at the front face of the reel that multiplies winding effort so 250 feet of heavy, high-pressure 3/4-inch hose cranks back without the strain of a direct-drive handle) gives the operator complete control over retraction speed, making it the right choice for remote field service, mobile units, and any installation where compressed air lines or electrical outlets aren't available but the hose must be rated for hydraulic pressure. The handle removes flat for compact storage on truck beds, trailers, and tight equipment bays. Like all HP1125 Series reels, the electroless nickel plated steel swivel with AFLAS seals (a fluoroelastomer compound that resists hydraulic oil, fuel, and aggressive chemical exposure beyond the limits of standard nitrile) steps up from the brass/nitrile swivel on the 3,000 PSI standard 1125 line. Built on the one-piece CNC robotically welded 12-gauge steel "A" frame used across the 1125 family.
