For 24V DC vehicles and equipment managing large-bore 1-inch hose at moderate cycle counts high-flow compressed air drops, bulk water service, and industrial washdown on agricultural tractors, medium-duty trucks, and dual-battery utility rigs, the Coxreels 1125-6-35-EF delivers hands-free automatic retraction without the added weight and cost of the 1/2 HP -EB motor. The 24V DC 1/3 HP motor (the same horsepower class as the standard 12V -E model, rewired for 24V electrical systems common on medium-duty commercial vehicles and large agricultural equipment) drives quiet, chain-free direct gear-drive retraction from the vehicle's existing 24V supply with no shop air needed. The drum holds 35 feet of 1-inch I.D. hose at up to 3,000 PSI and 250°F for compressed air, water, and oil service. As standard on all 1125 Series 1-inch models, the swivel is nickel plated steel with AFLAS seals a fluoroelastomer compound providing better chemical resistance than the nitrile seals used on smaller bore models in the same series. Built on the CNC robotically welded 12-gauge steel "A" frame common to the 1125 family.
