For compact 1-inch hose drops where operator-controlled retraction is preferred over a motorized reel and no power source is available high-flow compressed air supply stations, large-bore water service points, and industrial washdown positions on remote sites and mobile units the Coxreels 1125-6-35-C delivers gear-assisted hand retraction in a narrow 26-inch wide footprint. The front bevel geared crank with removable handle (a gear-assisted crank mounted at the front face of the reel that multiplies winding effort so 35 feet of heavy 1-inch I.D. hose cranks back without the strain of a direct-drive handle) gives the operator full control over retraction speed with no shop air or electrical connection required. The removable handle stows flat for compact storage on truck beds, trailers, and tight wall-mount positions. Rated to 3,000 PSI at up to 250°F for compressed air, water, and oil service. As standard on all 1125 Series 1-inch models, the swivel is nickel plated steel with AFLAS seals a fluoroelastomer compound that provides better chemical resistance than the nitrile seals used on smaller hose sizes in the same series. Built on the CNC robotically welded 12-gauge steel "A" frame common to the 1125 family.
