For short, high-flow hose drops where 3/4-inch hose isn't large enough to deliver adequate volume high-CFM compressed air supply to production equipment, large-diameter industrial washdown, and bulk water service the Coxreels 1125-6-35-AB manages 35 feet of 1-inch I.D. hose with automatic hands-free retraction from a #6 Gast 6-vane cast iron air motor (a heavier-duty drive that delivers greater retraction torque than the 4-vane aluminum #4 motor, suited to the additional weight and resistance of 1-inch hose). The reel is rated to 3,000 PSI at up to 250°F for compressed air, water, and oil service. A key spec distinction on all 1125 Series 1-inch models: the swivel is nickel plated steel with AFLAS seals (a fluoroelastomer compound used in place of the standard nitrile seals to handle the higher flow and fluid exposure typical of large-bore hose applications) rather than the brass/nitrile swivel used on smaller hose models in the same series.
