When 50 feet of 1-inch I.D. hose needs to come back in manually no shop air, no electrical connection, just the operator turning a crank the Coxreels 1125-6-50-C makes the job manageable with a front bevel geared crank and removable handle. The bevel gear crank (a gear-assisted hand crank mounted at the front face of the reel that multiplies winding effort, reducing the arm strain of pulling 50 feet of heavy large-bore hose onto the drum by direct force alone) gives full operator control over retraction speed on remote job sites, mobile units, and any installation point where powered retraction infrastructure doesn't exist. The removable handle stows flat for compact storage on truck beds, equipment trailers, and wall-mount positions where a protruding crank handle creates a clearance problem. Rated to 3,000 PSI at up to 250°F for compressed air, water, and oil service. As standard on all 1125 Series 1-inch models, the swivel is nickel plated steel with AFLAS seals a fluoroelastomer compound providing better chemical resistance than the nitrile seals used on smaller bore models in the same series. Built on the CNC robotically welded 12-gauge steel "A" frame used across the 1125 family.
