For high-flow service stations that need 50 feet of 1-inch hose reach with automatic air-motor retraction large-diameter compressed air drops to production equipment, high-volume industrial washdown, and bulk water service at plant and facility maintenance stations  the Coxreels 1125-6-50-AB handles the extra 15 feet of 1-inch bore capacity over the compact 35-foot model, powered by a #6 Gast 6-vane cast iron air motor (a heavier-duty drive that delivers greater retraction torque than the 4-vane aluminum #4 motor, suited to the additional weight of 50 feet of loaded 1-inch hose). The reel is rated to 3,000 PSI at up to 250°F for compressed air, water, and oil service. As standard on all 1125 Series 1-inch models, the swivel is nickel plated steel with AFLAS seals a fluoroelastomer compound providing better chemical resistance than the nitrile seals used on smaller bore models in the same series. No electrical wiring required; the motor runs from standard 90 PSI shop air with direct gear-drive retraction and no chain. Built on the CNC robotically welded 12-gauge steel "A" frame common to the 1125 family.

Choose the 50-foot model when hose reach is the constraint; choose the 35-foot model when footprint is the priority.
