This 1185 Series model accommodates up to 100 ft of 1-1/2 in. I.D. hose, giving operators substantial hose reach while keeping the hose organized on a rigid reel structure. Its front bevel geared crank provides mechanical retraction from the front of the reel, making the rewind mechanism accessible in fixed and mobile installations.
The 1185-2024-C is rated for a 1,500 PSI maximum working pressure and incorporates an external fluid path with an in-line full-flow NPT swivel inlet. Coxreels' low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot promote a non-crimping, flat, smooth hose wrap. A one-piece, robotically welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base supports the additional weight of large-diameter hose, while lubricated horizontal surface-mount bearings assist reel rotation.
