Description

When smaller metal components, narrow panels, or localized repair areas need a consistent directional finish, the Dynabrade 13310 Mini-Dynisher Versatility Kit provides the pneumatic tool and primary accessories in one coordinated package. The included 13300 Mini-Dynisher uses a 0.4 HP motor and operates at 3,200 RPM, giving fabricators controlled abrasive action for blending, graining, and refining stainless steel and other compatible metals. Its compact 7-degree offset configuration helps position the abrasive wheel against surfaces where a full-size finishing tool may be less convenient.

The Dynabrade 13310 includes a 94507 Dynacushion pneumatic wheel measuring 3-1/4 inches in diameter by 3 inches wide. A Dynacushion wheel is an inflatable finishing wheel that supports an abrasive belt while conforming to mild contours and surface variations. The kit also supplies a wheel inflation tool, a ceramic-coated aluminum oxide belt for more active surface conditioning, and a medium-grade non-woven nylon belt for blending and refinement. Rear exhaust directs discharged air away from the immediate work area, while the planetary-geared motor converts pneumatic power into the controlled speed required for in-line finishing.

Type: Air-Powered Abrasive Finishing Tool Kit | Model: 13310 | Series: Mini-Dynisher | Configuration: Versatility Kit | Included Tool: 13300 Mini-Dynisher | Motor Power: 0.4 HP | Free Speed: 3,200 RPM | Tool Style: 7-Degree Offset | Motor Type: Planetary-Geared | Exhaust: Rear | Vacuum Type: Non-Vacuum | Wheel Arbor Diameter: 5/8" (16 mm) | Air Inlet: 1/4" NPT | Minimum Hose I.D.: 1/4" | Tool Length: 10" (254 mm) | Tool Height: 7" (178 mm) | Weight: 4.41 lb (2 kg) | Tune-Up Kit: 96174

Features:

  • Mini-Dynisher Versatility Kit combines the 13300 pneumatic finishing tool with a Dynacushion wheel, inflation tool, and two application-focused abrasive belts.
  • 0.4 HP planetary-geared motor provides controlled power for blending, graining, and surface-refinement work.
  • 3,200 RPM operating speed supports in-line finishing without the aggressive cutting action of a high-speed die grinder.
  • 7-degree offset configuration helps position the abrasive wheel on smaller panels, components, and surfaces near adjoining edges.
  • Rear exhaust directs discharged air away from the immediate finishing area.
  • 94507 Dynacushion pneumatic wheel conforms to mild contours while supporting compatible abrasive belts.
  • Included ceramic-coated aluminum oxide and medium-grade non-woven nylon belts support different stages of conditioning and finishing.

Kit Includes:

  • Dynabrade 13300 Mini-Dynisher air-powered abrasive finishing tool.
  • Dynabrade 94507 Dynacushion pneumatic wheel, 3-1/4" diameter x 3" wide.
  • Dynabrade 94465 Wheel Inflation Tool.
  • Ceramic-coated aluminum oxide abrasive belt.
  • Medium-grade non-woven nylon abrasive belt.

Applications:

  • Stainless steel fabrication — creating or restoring directional grain patterns on smaller panels, guards, housings, and fabricated components.
  • Weld-area finishing — blending localized repair areas after weld leveling and matching them to the surrounding surface pattern.
  • Architectural metalwork — refining trim, narrow sections, railing components, and decorative stainless steel details.
  • Industrial maintenance and MRO — removing scratches and renewing finishes on equipment covers, fixtures, and metal components.
  • Automotive and custom fabrication — conditioning smaller metal parts, trim pieces, and restoration components where compact tool access is useful.

FAQs:

  • Q: What is the difference between the Dynabrade 13300 and 13310?
A: The 13300 is the Mini-Dynisher tool by itself. The 13310 is a Versatility Kit that includes the 13300 tool, a 94507 Dynacushion pneumatic wheel, a 94465 inflation tool, and two abrasive belts.
  • Q: What type of finish does the Mini-Dynisher produce?
A: The tool is used to create controlled in-line finishes, meaning the abrasive leaves a directional grain pattern on the workpiece. The final appearance depends on the abrasive type, belt grade, contact pressure, and direction of tool movement.
  • Q: What is the purpose of the Dynacushion pneumatic wheel?
A: The inflatable wheel supports the abrasive belt while allowing it to follow mild contours and surface variations. Inflate it only enough to prevent belt slippage, because excessive inflation may reduce conformity and contribute to chatter marks.
  • Q: What do the two included abrasive belts do?
A: The ceramic-coated aluminum oxide belt supports more active surface conditioning, while the medium-grade non-woven nylon belt is suited to blending and refining the finish. Use the belt that matches the starting surface condition and desired result.
  • Q: Can replacement belts be used with the 13310 kit?
A: Yes. Replacement belts must fit the 3-1/4-inch by 3-inch Dynacushion wheel, suit the workpiece material, and carry a maximum operating-speed rating equal to or greater than 3,200 RPM.
