United Abrasives Specialty Flap Discs

United Abrasives Specialty Flap Discs are engineered for precision grinding, shaping, and finishing across demanding metalworking applications. Designed with high-performance abrasive flaps, these discs deliver consistent material removal, cooler operation, and extended durability compared to conventional grinding wheels. Their unique profiles—such as Type 27, Type 29, high-density, and specialty edge-grinding variants—offer optimized control for weld blending, deburring, rust removal, and contour work. Built for use on stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and specialty alloys, they ensure smoother finishes with reduced operator fatigue. Whether for fabrication, maintenance, or industrial production, specialty flap discs provide reliable performance where accuracy and efficiency matter most.
