Hand Pads

PFERD Abrasives Hand Pads are versatile, non-woven abrasive tools designed for surface preparation, cleaning, blending, and finishing across various materials, including metal, wood, plastic, and composites. These pads offer a flexible, non-aggressive alternative to traditional sanding methods, ensuring precise surface refinement without excessive material removal. Available in multiple grades—ranging from coarse for tasks like rust removal and heavy cleaning to fine for polishing and surface conditioning—PFERD hand pads deliver reliable performance in both wet and dry applications. Their durable, non-woven structure is embedded with high-quality abrasives such as aluminum oxide or silicon carbide, providing consistent cutting action and long-lasting usability. Thanks to their conformability, they easily adapt to irregular surfaces, edges, and hard-to-reach areas, making them ideal for delicate tasks like blending weld seams or scuffing surfaces prior to painting. Whether used in automotive detailing, woodworking, metalworking, or maintenance, these lightweight and reusable hand pads are essential for achieving smooth, uniform finishes with minimal effort.
