Dynabrade 64350 Metal Capture Downdraft Station provides a wet filtration system in an air/water mixing zone to capture potentially combustible filings and dust. The work surface measures 36" wide by 26" deep and the slurry can be disposed of easily. When removing material from volatile substances, the potential flammability of the work area is greatly reduced. During use, the water reservoir and float valve automatically compensate for evaporation. Internal compartments can be accessed without the use of tools. It includes an electric light for better visibility. Its tabletop design can be placed on a cart and transported to each workstation, other manufacturers do not offer this type of tabletop design. It accepts a dual-wheel grinder/buffer 10"" size. The water level view port enables the operator to set the initial water level and monitor it for adjustment. A clear debris shield is available. Construction is in stainless steel. There are no paper filters to replace.
