Description

This aluminium cut bur comes with a shank diameter of 1/4", bur diameter of 1/2" and bur length of 1". When it comes to machining aluminum and non-ferrous metals, PFERD offers high-performance cuts and HICOAT coating, designed specifically for demanding machining tasks on long-chipping and lubricating materials. The use of burs with the PFERD HICOAT coating HC-NFE prevents chips adhering during work on soft aluminum alloys. This increases the service life and improves the surface quality of the workpiece.

Applications include: milling out, leveling, deburring, cutting out holes, surface work and weld dressing (work on weld seams). PFERD ALU Cut Burs are compatible with flexible shaft drive, straight grinder, robot applications, stationary machines, machine tools and more
