(DBA: International Air Tool and industrial Supply Co., International Air Tool Co. or simply International Air Tool) and/or its affiliates provides website features subject to the following terms and conditions. Please be advised that by visiting our website or making a purchase from intlairtool.com, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
YOUR ACCOUNT
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. By using this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account/password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur while logged in under your account and password. If you are under the age of 18, you may use intlairtool.com only with the supervision of a parent or guardian. International Air Tool Co. reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
PHONE ORDER, ONLINE ORDERS & AUTHORIZATION HOLDS
When placing a phone order, as with many other merchants, International Air Tool Co. places an authorization hold on your payment card account for the approximate amount of any purchase made. These authorization holds are not actual charges; they are transactions to confirm that your payment card account is active and has available funds to accommodate a final sale transaction. Authorization holds are removed by your financial institution shortly after your purchase clears. The amount of time it takes to remove authorization requests varies by financial institution.
With phone orders, the actual “sale” transaction (the “charge” made to your payment card) is realized at the time of order shipment. International Air Tool Co. staff will contact you if there are any changes in product availability, product pricing, shipping charges, or the delivery lead time.
Please note that all proceeds from online orders are captured in full at the time the order is placed, not when the merchandise ships. Because payment card authorizations expire after 2 to 3 weeks, and in the event the item(s) have an extended lead time, authorizations may expire hence the reason for capturing all funds in advance at the time of purchase. This policy applies to all payment methods (Credit Card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, etc.)
If you have any questions about the way your financial institution handles authorization requests, or for further explanation of our reasoning for capturing funds from online transactions “up front” please contact our customer service department.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND TITLE
International Air Tool Co. does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our location. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, International Air Tool does not take title to the refunded item. Please read our return policy for a more in-depth look at the return process and the steps required to carry out a product return or exchange.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
International Air Tool Company attempts to be as accurate as possible with all content listed on our site. Product descriptions are typically based off information taken from our manufacturers’ websites, catalogs, sales collateral and other promotional materials. Occasionally, information, images, or other content of the site may not be entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by International Air Tool Company itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. In all cases we will work with you to find an equitable solution for all parties involved.
PRICING
The pricing displayed on our website represents the full retail price of the suggested by the manufacturer or supplier less our distributor discount. Pricing is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every market at any given time. For certain items that are offered in case quantities, the price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate price of all items in the set divided by the case quantity.
Despite our best efforts, some items in our online catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
BANK FEES
Circumstances may exist where we require payment for orders to be made in the form of a wire transfer in advance (example: International Orders). International Air Tool Co. will apply a fee (currently $18-$22 USD for domestic and $22 USD for international) to process the wire transfer. Contact must be made in advance with International Air Tool Co. to request approval for a wire transfer. Following approval, International Air Tool Co. will provide you with the necessary banking information to initiate a wire transfer.
Due to package sizes, dimensions, weights, carriers, and destination locations, shipping charges may vary and will be verified at the time of order confirmation. Orders with a delivery address outside of the contiguous United States (i.e. – international orders) tend to have higher shipping charges.
SHIPPING INFORMATION AND DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
Please note that by completing a purchase on intlairtool.com, you are acknowledging and accepting the shipping and delivery lead times advertised on the website, in addition to any additional shipping/delivery timelines incurred from our common carriers. Products that are assembled/made to order or custom-made are sourced directly from the manufacturer.
LOCAL CUSTOMERS: DELIVERY & PICKUP OPTIONS AVAILABLE
If you’re a local plant or factory based in the greater San Diego area that would like the option for local delivery, please let us know when you place your order over the phone or online.
WILL-CALL / PICKUP
Are you located within driving distance? Please let our customer service rep know that you’d like to come to our location for pick up, at the time of placing an order, for a tentative pick up date.
USE OF YOUR OWN SHIPPING ACCOUNT
If you have a shipping account with FEDEX or UPS, please contact customer service by e-mail or phone. You may also enter in your shipping account information in the “special instructions” box during your checkout. Charges calculated by our online store will be refunded and your shipping account charged instead.
At times, International Air Tool Company will run free shipping offers on select products or brands.
- Free shipping offer is limited to orders placed online, phone orders do not qualify for free shipping.
- Please allow 10 to 14 business days for orders sent with the FREE shipping method (in addition to order processing and lead time). Orders could arrive quicker than this, dependent on the specific product and the manufacturer.
- Shipping promotions are limited to items below 30 lbs.
- Free Shipping does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii or outside of the USA.
- Construction Mounted Points Excluded from Free Shipping Promotions.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: SHIPPING TO FREIGHT FORWARDING COMPANIES
If you’re an international customer that needs an order shipped to a freight forwarding company, please note that the only accepted payments are wire transfer or PayPal. No credit cards will be accepted. International Air Tool & Industrial Supply Company is not liable for lost or damaged goods upon the delivery of goods to the designated freight forwarding company.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
Depending on your place of residence, we may be unable to ship chemicals, aerosols, and lithium ion batteries.
SHIPPING METHODS AND CLAIMS
International Air Tool Co. uses UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS to ship most products. Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed with both the shipping carrier and International Air Tool Co. within 3 business days of delivery of the missed delivery date. Claims filed after this time frame may not be honored.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from International Air Tool are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
International Air Tool Company reserves the right to cancel orders at any time for any reason.
