Lockout Safety Tags, commonly known as LOTO signs and labels, remind workers to follow lockout and tagout protocols when servicing equipment. These Lockout tags are visual indications for employees to identify equipment that is locked out for repair or maintenance purposes. They assist minimize injuries by limiting the potential of an unexpected starting when servicing a machine. They are widely used to identify locked-out equipment and to indicate safety centers where equipment is stored.
