International Air Tool Company makes door to door deliveries to manufacturing plants and industrial facilities located around the globe. We use DHL Express to ship parcels to a combined 220 countries and territories worldwide.
Shipping Terms and Duties - All shipments originate Freight on Board (FOB) from our headquarters in San Diego, California USA and include shipping insurance to your destination. Quoted shipping costs do not include tariffs or duties required to import the goods into your country (Duty Unpaid). Any applicable tariffs and duties must be paid directly to DHL express when the shipment arrives at your local airport before the goods are released.
Payment - International orders may be placed online and paid for either by PayPal or wire transfer. If you elect wire transfer, banking information will be provided at the time of checkout. We do not accept credit cards on overseas transactions. Offline transactions where a PDF "hard copy" quote is issued, are paid for by wire transfer in advance.
Documents - Documents included with the price of the goods are the commercial invoice and a packing slip. The following documents are available for an additional fee:
- Certificate of Origin (COO) issued by the local Chamber of Commerce - $100 USD
- Manufacturers Certificate of Conformance (COC) - $100 USD
Package Dimensions and HTS Codes: the dimension of the package (length, width, height, and weight) as well as the Harmonized Tariff System (HTS) code will be printed on the commercial invoice. If these dimensions are required ahead of time, please visit the respective manufacturers website.
Data and Specification Sheets - PDF catalogs and other "cut sheets" may be accessed on our resources tab under the catalogs subcategory. Additional technical data including parts lists, exploded views, and parts breakdowns may be found on the corresponding manufacturers website.
